Facilities and services must match the descriptions and images provided on the platform profile.
3. Platform Policies
Cancellation and Refunds
Each provider may have their specific cancellation policy. However, 237 Bookings reserves the right to mediate disputes. Standard platform fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to provider default.
Data Privacy

Liability Limitation
237 Bookings acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of services booked through our platform.
